Returns
- All returned items must be new, unused and in their original merchandise packaging. Shoeboxes must be returned in their original box: undamaged, un-taped, and placed inside an additional box.
- Returns must contain your name and order number or name and either address or phone number.
- Please include your reason for the return or exchange in detail.
- Any exchange must be made no later than 30 days from receipt date.
- All alterations are final. No refund, credit or exchange will be made. An exception is hemmed pants. If other alterations have been made they are non-returnable, but hemmed pants may be returned.
